After reviewing any process maps with the Client, the design of the flows being centered around the logistics of a paper based delivery mechanism is apparent. The issue we must address is that while this is a very good design, the flow or method itself will be a limiting factor in a new, electronic based delivery system. It is the goal of Image Information, Inc. to transfer the core knowledge of the new electronic product suite to our clients at a rate and quality that is acceptable and capable to its personnel. While we could design an indexing or route schema here, based on your existing flows, it will most certainly be changed once your project people understand all the capability of the new system
