Image Information, Inc. specifically endorses project/account management as a key and fundamental aspect of implementing a modern Electronic Information System that incorporates imaging, COLD/ERM and Workflow as part of its strategy. Imaging is a very dynamic technology.  It is essential that the initial forays into this area are managed carefully and correctly.

In reality, the restrictions to implementation of new systems and procedures are rarely hampered by technology; rather it is the social presentation, acceptance and interaction with these new systems that can mean success or failure of your project. Image Information, Inc. is highly experienced in the management and oversight of these systems projects.

Image Information, Inc. uses what we call an "Hour Glass" approach to project management.  In order to facilitate the most expedient and efficient form of communication and progress, Image Information, Inc. would assign a senior level manager to your project. This person would have overall authority and responsibility for the imaging implementation for our company. The client would identify an internal imaging project leader that is also responsible for the success of this implementation.

Image Information, Inc. operates and maintains e-mail, an Internet web site and remote acquisition protocols that allows our clients and business partners to communicate with us electronically. Over 90% of the technical support Image Information, Inc. has provided to our clients over the last five years has been accomplished remotely and electronically. This is very efficient and cost effective. Image Information, Inc. allows for remote sign-on capability for remote trouble shooting and problem/resolution determination.  This, of course, is based on the levels of security our clients afford us as a remote user to their system and would require the availability of  Remote Connection protocols. Image Information, Inc. will obtain the appropriate technology if the preferred product is not one of the six currently supported by Image Information, Inc.

Image Information, Inc. maintains our own web site at http://www.imageinformation.com. This site is not only our advertising and e-mail communication, it has full FTP capability and has replaced the BBS as our primary file transfer methodology.  Image Information, Inc. still maintains the BBS capability for those customers who are not web enabled, but it is activated on a per call basis.

We at Image Information, Inc. have determined that this 'Hour Glass' or single point communication method for project management is most effective. It allows for clear and concise communication, with no duplication of efforts that could encumber a system implementation.
