Training

It is typical for Image Information, Inc. to provide training to end users and the system administrator alike. Image Information, Inc. can provide this training on-site, off-site, in the classroom, on the floor, train the trainer, or train the users. This all at the discretion of our client.

In addition, our software vendors typically offers full certification courses for its vendors and customers alike. As with Image Information, Inc. training, this can be provided in the same manner as listed above.

Course materials, outlines, syllabus and tests are all part of the certification program. A full certification courses can be tailored for each customers particular needs and could entail approximately four (4) weeks of training. This training is not required concurrently, and in many cases is not class dependent, thus you can stagger the time away from the project.

Decisions as to training, when and for how long are typically discussed as part of the pre-implementation meetings and during Phase 1 of the project.

Image Information, Inc.can provide all documentation (help files, error logs, error message descriptions, user manuals, administration manuals, etc.) on CD-ROM as part of the overall project plan.
